Empanada's Recipe

1 package La Saltena dough (see below for packaging and store address)
2 Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped
Green Olives, chopped
1 lbs. Ground Beef
1/2 Onion, copped
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

Cook ground beef and onion. Season with salt, pepper and paprika (however much you want). Place meat in a bowl and cool off in the refrigerator (you can make this the day before). Chop the eggs and green olives and place them in seperate bowls.

Gently wet the edges of the empanada dough and fill the dough with meat, olives and egg. Fold the dough in half and pinch the ends closed. Twist the edges a little to ensure that the dough is completely closed. Evenly space them on a baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Serve them hot!
